Celeste Cavin is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) with over three years’ experience overseeing and managing residential and commercial properties, with a specialized focus on condominiums, townhomes, and mixed-use developments.
Known for combining strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and a deep understanding of community dynamics, Celeste is dedicated to creating and maintaining harmonious living and working environments for residents, board members, and commercial tenants alike. Celeste is deeply committed to building lasting relationships with both residents and board members, while always maintaining a sharp focus on cost-effective, quality-driven service. Prior to becoming a community association manager Celeste was employed by Frisco ISD for 17 years, while raising her two children with her husband of 30 years.
